About Simone

Welcome to my site!  I've loved music all of my life.  I grew up singing in school choirs and singing in church either as a soloist or with others.  I listened to the radio constantly and my parents made sure that I listened to a variety of music  genres.  Jazz being one of my favorites; rock ' n' roll another.

I went through a variety of piano teachers.  I play by ear so much so that I would ask the teacher before I left to play the piece for me.  When I arrived home,  I would sit down and play the song a couple of times and pass it off the following week.

I composed my first song when I was sixteen. In college, I learned even more about music.  Music theory and music compostition were my favorite classes. I composed the ten songs on this site over the last couple of years and currently have six additional songs ready to be recorded.  They will be added when completed as well as others as I continue composing pieces.
